The staff greeted us with warm smiles and professionalism, setting the tone for our fantastic stay. The Beautiful Room Queen Size Bed was immaculate. It was spacious and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail was evident, starting from the bedding to the super clean bathroom.
The temperature controls in the room had a limited range, and I couldn't lower it as much as I would have liked.

The breakfast was great. There was a lot of variety. the spa was nice. it had a good swimming pool and plenty of space to relax.
the room temperature was difficult to control. i could only lower it by opening the window though it was noisy outside, i also had issues with mini bar water billing.

Berat and Sezen provided excellent professionalism and support, securing both an extension to my stay and a great discount. Staff members, particularly Mr Kaan and Berat, offered really good help at the reception. The room was spacious and clean! Its view added to the enjoyment.
